Additional notes on the search field:
  • Search is performed in all fields, not only in the fields displayed in the browse page.
  • If multiple words are provided then rows with ANY of the words are matched.
    Place words between quotation marks to search for an expression (e.g. "no visible memblob").

Files in the output

 The results can be downloaded as a .tgz file. The most important files in the archive are:
  • prt.bfac.pdb: the translated all-atom coordinate file with localizations encoded in the B-factor field
  • localizations.txt: a tabulator separated file containing pdbid, resid, resname, localization string, localization# in each line
  • yz_*.png: figures for yz cross-sections (0,360,10deg)
  • subtracted.mrc: the density map after subtraction
